The main patterns of growth and development of tissue components organs of universal hematopoiesis and immune defense in domestic pig`s fetuses have been established. The period of transformation of hematopoiesis, from myeloid hematopoiesis of the liver to universal hematopoiesis of the bone marrow in domestic pig fetuses, has been determined. Hemacomponents of the liver have the largest relative area in the first third of the fertile period of ontogenesis, and gradually by the time of birth they practically disappear against the background of an increase in the relative area of the stroma and parenchyma of the liver. Hematopoietic components of the liver are anatomically represented in the form of hematopoietic islands, which are concentrated between the beams of hematocytes in close connection with the vessels of the microcirculatory bed. Features of hematopoiesis in the bones of the fetal skeleton of domestic pigs are also characterized by a specific transformation, a gradual increase in the relative area of the hematopoietic marrow and bone tissue in the bones of the fetal skeleton, and a gradual decrease in the relative area of the cartilage tissue. Thus, the maximum relative area of the bone marrow among the bones of the axial skeleton is observed in the 3rd segment of the chest and the 5th rib, and among the bones of the limb skeleton in the femur and metatarsal bones. The bone marrow has certain morphological features of the location in the main foci of ossification of the bones of the axial skeleton and the skeleton of the limbs, and is characterized by the formation of its two main forms: insular - the location of the bone marrow is characteristic of the fetuses of the first half of the fertile period of ontogenesis, and insular-diffuse - for the fetuses of the second half of prenatal development. The development of additional foci of ossification is characteristic only of the bones of the skeleton of the limbs in the fetuses of the domestic pig at the end of the fertile period, where the relative mass of the bone marrow is located in a small amount in the form of small clusters of hematopoietic islets.
