ВПЛИВ ПРЕПАРАТІВ ЗАЛІЗА РІЗНОЇ ФОРМИ НА РІВЕНЬ ГЕМОГЛОБІНУ ТА ПРОДУКТИВНІСТЬ ПОРОСЯТ

Дефіцит заліза у поросят раннього віку залишається однією з основних причин зниження продуктивності та збереженості молодняку в умовах промислового свинарства. Метою дослідження було провести порівняльну оцінку ефективності препаратів заліза різної форми щодо їх впливу на рівень гемоглобіну, показники росту, збереженість та кінцеву продуктивність поросят. Дослідження проведено в умовах ПП «Ковчег-A» Харківської області на 206 поросятах, яких було розподілено на контрольну та дослідну групи по 103 голови. Поросятам контрольної групи вводили препарат декстрану заліза «Біоферон», а тваринам дослідної групи – препарат глептоферону «Глептосіл». Встановлено, що на 17–18 добу життя концентрація гемоглобіну у поросят дослідної групи була вищою на 17,9 % порівняно з контролем (p < 0,05). У період дорощування жива маса тварин дослідної групи перевищувала контроль на 6,1 %, а середньодобовий приріст був вищим на 9,0 % (p < 0,05). Перед реалізацією на забій свині дослідної групи характеризувалися більшою живою масою на 3,9 % та вищими середньодобовими приростами на 3,0 % (p < 0,05). Падіж поросят у дослідній групі був нижчим на всіх етапах вирощування. Незважаючи на дещо вищу вартість препарату глептоферону, його застосування забезпечувало кращі виробничі показники та сприяло підвищенню економічної ефективності вирощування молодняку. Отримані результати свідчать про доцільність використання препаратів на основі глептоферону для профілактики залізодефіцитної анемії у поросят в умовах промислового свинарства.
