Procedure for Identifying and Addressing Information or Notifications Regarding Violations of the Requirements for Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine
The editorial board of the Agrarian Bulletin of the Black Sea Littoral operates in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine concerning the Procedure for the Formation of the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, as well as the recommendations of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
In the event that any inconsistencies between the editorial procedures and the current requirements are identified, the editorial board promptly takes corrective measures and makes every effort to prevent similar violations in the future.
If the editorial board receives information or a notification regarding potential violations of the requirements for scientific professional publications of Ukraine, the following steps are taken:
- the editorial board promptly reviews the notification, verifies the accuracy of the information, and clarifies any uncertainties to determine the existence of a violation and the scope of responsibility;
- if violations are confirmed, a corrective action plan is developed and immediate measures are implemented to address them;
- in cases where responsible individuals are identified, the type and degree of liability are determined, which may include disciplinary or administrative actions;
the editorial board informs all relevant stakeholders about the results of the review and the measures taken.
