Plagiarism policy

The Agrarian Bulletin of the Black Sea Littoral Journal accepts original articles that were not previously published in other editions. If plagiarism is detected, the article will be returned to the author without consideration for publication in the journal. In the event of any conflict between the journal and the author, the editorial board shall be guided by the standards of publication ethics set by the Committee on Publication Ethics. More information at: http://publicationethics.org/

Scientific articles submitted to the editorial board are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com software.

If the author does not accept the reviewer's remarks, the editorial board considers such conflicts and makes a final decision. If this decision does not satisfy the author, he (she) has the right to refuse to publish the material.

The responsibilities of the authors, reviewers, and editors of the journal are set out below.

The responsibility of the authors

By submitting an article to the Agrarian Bulletin of the Black Sea Littoral, the author or a team of authors ensures that the article is an original work that has not been published before and has not been published in another edition. They also ensure that opinions and ideas that are not owned by the authors themselves are accompanied by appropriate references and / or quotations. The author has no right to publish materials that embody the results of the same research in different editions or collections. Such publications are traditionally perceived as violating the rules of public ethics. If such material is found, the author will be denied the publication and the article itself will be returned. Authors of original research should provide detailed information about the work performed and the objective justification of its importance. The above materials should be consistently reflected in the article. The materials should contain a sufficient amount of requisites and sources necessary for users to make references to scientific work. Falsification of scientific results, fraud and publication of deliberately false statements are manifestations of unethical behavior and will lead to refusal to publish the material or to return the article received.

Responsibility of the reviewers

Reviewers must adhere to the principles of academic integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality during the review process, and ensure that they do not use the materials under review for their own purposes.

They are required to inform the editorial board of any detected instances of plagiarism or improper citation practices.

Manuscripts containing plagiarism are not accepted for publication, and a reviewer risks their professional reputation by failing to identify such a violation.

Editors' responsibility

The editors of the Agrarian Bulletin of the Black Sea Littoral region are fully responsible for the decision to publish the articles in the journal and are guided by this publication policy, defined by the editorial board and enshrined in the requirements of the legislation applicable in case of defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. To make the decision to publish the material, the editor has the right to consult with the deputy editor and other members of the editorial board and reviewers. Editors should evaluate the material based solely on its intellectual content, regardless of race or nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship or political beliefs of the authors. Editors have no right to disclose any information about submitted material to anyone other than authors, reviewers, and prospective reviewers, and in certain cases members of the journal's editorial board.

In addition, editors should ensure that the process of blind review is fair, without revealing the identity of the author or team of reviewers and vice versa. In evaluating the material submitted for publication, editors, in addition to applying the standard requirements for evaluating an article, the quality of its presentation and its scientific value, should make sure that the material can cause minimal ethical harm. Editors should determine whether the positive contribution of the article outweighs the level of ethical harm that this study may cause in each case.
