ІНТЕГРАЛЬНІ ЛЕЙКОЦИТАРНІ ІНДЕКСИ ЯК ДОСТУПНІ МАРКЕРИ ІМУННОГО СТАТУСУ КОРІВ ЗА УМОВ ТЕПЛОВОГО СТРЕСУ

Анотація

У роботі досліджено інформативність інтегральних лейкоцитарних індексів (ІЛІ) як доступних маркерів імунного статусу корів голштинської породи за умов хронічного теплового стресу. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростанням частоти хвиль спеки та необхідністю впровадження простих і економічно доцільних методів контролю функціонального стану високопродуктивних тварин у виробничих умовах. Відомо, що тривале теплове навантаження супроводжується пригніченням природної резистентності, порушенням клітинної та гуморальної ланок імунітету, що потребує своєчасної діагностики. Дослідження проведено на коровах голштинської породи другої–третьої лактації, з яких випадковим чином сформовано дві групи-аналогів по 10 голів: дослідну, яку утримували в літній період за умов теплового навантаження, та контрольну – в осінній термонейтральний період. Рівень теплового стресу оцінювали за температурно-вологісним індексом (ТНІ), який у дослідний період становив 77,9–78,6, тоді як у контролі залишався нижчим за 68. У крові визначали імуноглобуліни класів A, G, M, циркулюючі імунні комплекси (ЦІК), лізоцимну активність сироватки крові (ЛАСК), бактерицидну активність сироватки крові (БАСК), загальний і диференціальний вміст лейкоцитів, а також ІЛІ. Статистичну обробку результатів проводили із застосуванням критерію Манна–Уїтні та кореляції Спірмена. Установлено, що хронічний тепловий стрес супроводжувався зниженням ЛАСК на 48 % (p < 0,05), підвищенням рівня ЦІК на 36 %, збільшенням частки паличкоядерних нейтрофілів у 2,2 раза (p < 0,01), зменшенням кількості лімфоцитів на 23,8 % (p < 0,05) і моноцитів на 42,1 % (p < 0,05). Найбільш інформативними виявилися індекс ядерного зсуву (ІЯЗ), нейтрофільно-лімфоцитарне співвідношення (НЛС), індекс зсуву лейкоцитів (ІЗЛ) та лімфоцитарно-еозинофільне співвідношення (ЛЕС). Встановлено сильний прямий зв’язок між НЛС та рівнем IgA (r = 0,873; p < 0,05). ІЛІ, розраховані на основі одного розгорнутого аналізу крові, є у 4,5 раза дешевшими за окреме визначення гуморальних імунологічних показників. Отримані дані підтверджують доцільність використання ІЛІ як економічно доступного та практично зручного інструменту первинного моніторингу імунного статусу корів за теплового стресу.
