THE EFFECT OF MULTIVITAMIN ELECTROLYTIC COMPLEX WITH TRI-SOL AMINO ACIDS ON THE REPRODUCTIVE ABILITY OF DOGS

Abstract

We studied the effectiveness of using the multivitamin electrolytic complex with Tri-Sol amino acidson the reproducibility of male dogs of the miniature Pinscher breed in a pedigree farm.It was found that the average volume of the second fraction (the most relevant) in dogs of the experimental group was higheranalogues of the control group by 16.7% (Р˃0.95).A tendency towards an advantage in sperm concentration of 1 ml in dogs of the experimental group by 0.83 million or 0.6% was established(the difference is not statistically significant - Р˃0.90). However, due to the increased volume of ejaculate in dogs of the experimental group, the number of sperm in the ejaculate was higher by 9.17 millionor 3.5% compared with the analogues of the control group at Р˃0.99.The percentage of spermatozoa with rapidly progressing motility in dogs of the experimental group was 13.6% higher at P˃0.95.In addition, an increased portion of live sperm was found in dogs of the experimental groupthat received the complex preparation «Tri-Sol» compared with the control by 5%,and a portion of dead sperm and sperm with a defect in the head, tail decreased by 2%, 3% and 1%, respectively.
