The paper presents the results of a study on the comprehensive influence of technological factors on the hardening process of concrete, taking into account the specific operational needs of agro-industrial complex facilities. The influence of the concrete mix composition, water–cement ratio, type of cement, admixtures, compaction methods, and curing conditions on the formation of the material’s physical and mechanical properties is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to ensuring durability, crack resistance, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance of concrete in environments typical for agricultural production (high humidity, aggressive organic substances, temperature fluctuations). Optimal technological parameters for concrete production and curing have been determined, enabling improved operational reliability and economic efficiency in the use of concrete for agro-industrial facilities. The obtained results can be applied in the design and construction of production, storage, and engineering structures within the agro-industrial sector.
