renal failureAbstract
The article describes clinical course of multiple organ failure in a cat under conditions of Toxoplasma gondii. Also changes in some biochemical blood parameters and in general clinical blood test are indicated. To establish the final confirmation of infection, a serological study and a coprogram are necessary. A biochemical blood test shows that the kidneys are most affected, while the urea level is 25.8 mmol / L (physiological limits 5.4-12.1 mmol / L), and the creatinine level is 471.7 μmol / L (physiological limits 70- 165 μmol / L).
