Abstract

The technique of using hydrodynamic emitters for dispersion of diesel fuels with the purpose of reducing the buildup is substantiated and developed. The fuel system is provided with dispersing and collecting chambers of equal volume, interconnected by a pipeline with, a two-position crane located in the collecting chamber in the form of a float connected through two chain levers with a two-position crane, and an ultrasonic emitter installed in the dispersing chamber located below the connected to it by a pipeline above the level of sedimentation in the fuel tank, and the collecting chamber by volume equals the volume of fuel consumed by the diesel engine at the maximum flow rate during the dis It is located below the dispersion chamber connected to the air cavity of the fuel tank. A diesel fuel system with a hydrodynamic emitter of a dispersing chamber can effectively reduce the buildup on the details of the cylinder-piston group and the coking of the atomizer nozzles. According to the test results, a fuel system with a dispersing chamber can be used in the modernization of mobile agricultural vehicles and vehicles
