The state of the aquatic ecosystem of the Tuzla group of estuaries reflects an increase in the man-caused load, which predetermines the process of its degradation. Thus, at the present stage, the natural conditions of the estuaries of the north-western Black Sea coast are characterized by widespread anthropogenic transformations. The most massive type of anthropogenic impact on estuaries is agriculture. In connection with the intensification of agricultural production, the area of eroded lands increased dramatically and the river network of products of erosion washed out, including pesticides and fertilizers. In addition, in the water facilities of the region, which feed on the estuaries, a regular discharge of sewage is carried out. The estimation of water quality of the estuaries of the Tuzlova group according to the index of water pollution was carried out in the work. The assessment of water quality was carried out for RBMs for fish-based
MACs. The most common pollutants are phenols and total phosphorus; the excess of organic substances from BSK5 in the waters of estuaries is not significant, the reason for this excess is the discharge of insufficiently treated household water. The purpose of the study is to study the current state of the water quality of the estuaries of the Tuzlovsky group. The object of the study is the quality of waters of the estuaries of Shagan, Alibey and Karachaus.
