INNOVATIVE DEVICE FOR CREATION BEDS UNDER HYDROTECHNICAL STRUCTURES OF RECLAMATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

The structural elements of hydraulic structures for various purposes, which are built on rivers, lakes, reservoirs and seas, are slopes with counter filters. The implementation of such design solutions to ensure their reliability and durability requires, in accordance with the creation project of the high-quality of layers of stone bedding for sloping constructions, and in the connection in the production work process, accuracy indicators of the thickness and shape of each layer of stone bedding should be maintained, as deviation from design accuracy indicators leads to a gradual subsequent destruction of the soil base, layers of stone bedding and cladding elements. In the present work, the state of some types of hydraulic structures of reclamation systems that were destroyed due to poor-quality arrangement of stone beds and counter filters during the construction process is analyzed. The article describes the design solution of an innovative device for mechanized creation of stone beds and counter filters of sloping hydraulic structures, which allows to increase the productivity of construction works, improve the quality of stone beds and counter filters by improving the accuracy of the size and shape of the layers of stone bedding. In Ukraine, an innovative device can be successfully used in the construction of slopes that will be covered with non-penetrating reinforced concrete slabs, for hydraulic structures of all types, in particular, in the repair, reconstruction and construction of slopes of reservoirs, earth dams, open channels of irrigation and drainage systems in the agricultural sector in arid and swampy regions of the country
