ВПЛИВ ВНУТРІШНЬОЯЙЦЕВОГО ВВЕДЕННЯ НАНОЧАСТИНОК СРІБЛА (AgNP) НА ЕМБРІОНАЛЬНИЙ РОЗВИТОК, ПРОДУКТИВНІСТЬ, АНТИОКСИДАНТНИЙ ТА ІМУННИЙ СТАТУС БРОЙЛЕРІВ

У дослідженні вивчено дозозалежний вплив внутрішньояйцевого введення наночастинок срібла (AgNP) на ембріональний розвиток, показники виводимості, ріст, а також фізіологічний, біохімічний, антиоксидантний та імунний статус бройлерів. Експеримент проведено з використанням різних концентрацій AgNP із подальшою оцінкою продуктивних та метаболічних показників у постнатальному періоді. Встановлено, що AgNP сприяють підвищенню виводимості та зниженню ембріональної смертності. Найкращі показники росту (маса тіла, приріст, конверсія корму) спостерігалися при дозі 15 мг/л. Дослідження також виявило позитивний вплив наночастинок срібла на гематологічні та біохімічні показники крові, зокрема підвищення рівнів гемоглобіну, гематокриту та гормону росту. Окрім цього, AgNP покращували ліпідний профіль сироватки (зниження ЛПНЩ і тригліцеридів, підвищення ЛПВЩ), активували антиоксидантну систему (СОД, каталаза, загальна антиоксидантна активність) та підвищували експресію білка теплового шоку HSP70. Імунологічні показники також зазнали позитивних змін, що проявлялося у підвищенні активності лізоциму та рівнів цитокінів (IL-1β, IFN-γ, IL-10, C3). Отримані результати свідчать про виражений біостимулюючий ефект AgNP при оптимальних дозах та їх потенціал для підвищення продуктивності та стресостійкості бройлерів у птахівництві. Водночас встановлено дозозалежний характер дії, що потребує подальшої оптимізації застосування наночастинок.
