АТОПІЧНИЙ ДЕРМАТИТ У СОБАК: ПРИЧИНИ, СИМПТОМИ ТА ЛІКУВАННЯ

У даній статті наведено дані захворювання шкіри алергічної природи серед собак-атопічний дерматит. Висвітлено загальну характеристику атопічного дерматиту. Наведено основні гіпотези патогенезу цього захворювання. Акцентується увага на важливості впливу вторинних бактеріальних інфекцій на запалення та свербіж. Сверблячка вказана як основний симптом при атопічному дерматиті у собак, який вимагає ретельної диференціальної діагностики з іншими захворюваннями, що мають схожий клінічний прояв. Вік тварини відзначений як важливий критерій для діагностики захворювання. Розглянуто лікарські препарати, які використовуються при лікуванні атопічного дерматиту: глюкокортикостероїди, Циклоспорин А, також вплив ліпідних добавок для відновлення шкірного бар'єру. Акцентується увага на більш сучасних та актуальних методах лікування атопічного дерматиту: застосування препаратів моноклональних антитіл для таргетної терапії, а також використання АСІТ-терапії. Зроблено висновок щодо доцільності пошуку нових ефективних методик лікування даної патології.
