ПАТОФІЗІОЛОГІЧНІ ТА ГІСТОМОРФОЛОГІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ХРОНІЧНОГО АТРОФІЧНОГО ГАСТРИТУ У СОБАК

Анотація

Атрофічний гастрит у собак є хронічним запальним захворюванням, що супроводжується прогресивними структурними змінами та атрофією залоз слизової оболонки шлунка. Порушення морфофункціонального стану слизової оболонки при цьому захворюванні може призводити до розладів секреторної та травної функцій шлунка, що зумовлює необхідність комплексної клініко-лабораторної та гістологічної діагностики. Мета дослідження – встановити патофізіологічні, клініко-діагностичні, біохімічні та гістоморфологічні особливості атрофічного гастриту у собак, а також визначити характер структурно-функціональних змін слизової оболонки шлунка та їх взаємозв’язок із показниками біохімічного профілю крові. Дослідження проводили на базі Центру захисту тварин ЖМР упродовж 2023–2026 років. Нами встановлено біохімічні зміни, що характеризувалися підвищенням активності печінкових ферментів, зокрема АСТ, АЛТ та ГГТ, порівняно з показниками контрольної групи, що свідчить про порушення функціонального стану печінки та розвиток супутніх метаболічних змін за атрофічного гастриту. Виявлено незначне зниження вмісту загального білку хворих собак що свідчить про порушення процесів травлення та всмоктування поживних речовин у шлунково-кишковому тракті, а також про недостатнє надходження або засвоєння білків внаслідок атрофічних змін слизової оболонки шлунка. Гістологічне дослідження біоптатів слизової оболонки шлунка дало змогу встановити характерні морфологічні зміни, притаманні атрофічному гастриту у собак, та оцінити ступінь їх вираженості. За результатами гістологічного дослідження нами встановлено виражені структурні зміни слизової оболонки шлунка, характерні для атрофічного гастриту: стоншення слизової оболонки, зменшення кількості та розмірів шлункових залоз, порушення їх архітектоніки, дистрофічні зміни епітеліальних клітин, а також інфільтрацію власної пластинки слизової оболонки клітинами запального ряду.
