ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ТКАНИННОГО ПРЕПАРАТУ З ВИДАЛЕНИХ ПУХЛИН У КОМПЛЕКСНІЙ ТЕРАПІЇ СУК З ПУХЛИНАМИ МОЛОЧНОЇ ЗАЛОЗИ

Анотація

Пухлини молочної залози є найбільш поширених новоутворень у собак та є частою причиною смерті сук. Ще до недавно рак розглядався виключно як хірургічне захворювання, проте часті невдачі оперативного лікування пухлин певної локалізації та стадій бластомонозного процесу, викликало необхідність пошуку нових методів терапії. Метою дослідження було науково обґрунтувати та розробити оптимальні схеми застосування тканинної протипухлинної вакцини при новоутвореннях молочної залози у сук. Встановлено, що пухлини молочної залози у сук складають більше 50% від усіх неоплазій у собак, а частота їх злоякісного прояву зростає з віком тварин. З’ясовані клінічні особливості бластомогенезу на різних стадіях доброякісних пухлин та запального раку молочної залози. Об’єктом досліджень були суки з доброякісними пухлинами молочної залози (Т2, Т3), з яких сформували дві дослідні групи. За результатами клінічного експерименту становлено, що застосування протипухлинної вакцини в середньому на 3,2 доби прискорило термін загоєння операційної рани, сприяло профілактиці післяопераційних ускладнень та рецидивуванню бластомонозного процесу. Запропонована комплексна схема оперативно-консервативного лікування собак з пухлинами молочної залози збільшує стійкість організму до бластомонозного процесу, стимулює регенеративні процеси та сприяє більш сприятливому перебігу післяопераційного періоду. Отримані дані можуть бути використані для подальшого вивчення природи новоутворень у собак, розробки нових методів їх лікування та профілактики.
