БІОБЕЗПЕКА ТА ДЕЗІНФЕКЦІЯ ЯК ОСНОВА ПРОФІЛАКТИЧНОЇ МОДЕЛІ ВЕТЕРИНАРНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ У СВИНАРСТВІ

Свинарство є однією з найбільш значущих галузей тваринництва, однак сьогодні воно функціонує в умовах одночасного впливу епізоотичних, фармакологічних і нормативно-правових викликів. До найважливіших із них для української галузі належать поширення епізоотій, серед яких африканська чума свиней, поширення антибіотикорезистентності та впровадження нових вимог ветеринарного законодавства, гармонізованого з європейськими стандартами. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування ролі комплексної біобезпеки та ефективної дезінфекції як основи профілактичної моделі ветеринарного менеджменту у свинарстві. У роботі застосовано методи системного, порівняльно-правового та бібліографічного аналізу, що дало змогу узагальнити сучасні підходи до запобігання інфекційним хворобам у свиногосподарствах. Встановлено, що перехід від реактивного лікування до превентивного управління здоров’ям стада є найефективнішою та найбільше економічно доцільною стратегією розвитку свинарства. Доведено, що біобезпека та дезінфекція одночасно знижують ризик занесення і поширення збудників хвороб, обмежують потребу в антибіотикотерапії та сприяють виконанню сучасних вимог щодо охорони здоров’я тварин і безпечності виробництва. Обґрунтовано, що вибір дезінфікуючих засобів має здійснюватися з урахуванням спектра антимікробної дії, стійкості до органічного навантаження, безпечності для тварин і персоналу, а також технологічної та економічної доцільності застосування. Запропонований підхід також узгоджується з концепцією «Єдиного здоров’я», оскільки поєднує ветеринарні, виробничі та медико-санітарні аспекти в межах єдиної профілактичної стратегії. Практична цінність отриманих результатів полягає в можливості використання її результатів для розробки галузевих протоколів біобезпеки, програм очищення та дезінфекції, а також систем профілактики хвороб у свинарських господарствах. Отримані результати підтверджують, що профілактична модель, заснована на біобезпеці, є ключовим інструментом підвищення стійкості, конкурентоспроможності та біологічної безпеки свинарства в сучасних умовах.
